About Legal Answering Pro

We build Legal Answering Pro to answer law firm calls and organize the next intake step. Your firm sets the boundaries, and your attorneys keep the legal judgment. Hear the receptionist in the browser demo before forwarding calls.

We built Legal Answering Pro around the first conversation with a law firm: who is calling, which parties are involved and what needs attention next. Your receptionist answers as your business, with a clear virtual-assistant disclosure and recording notice. It collects limited intake information rather than evaluating a caller's case.

Intake follows your firm's instructions

Your firm supplies the questions, service boundaries and urgent-call rules during an onboarding chat. We also use the website content you point us to. The receptionist asks for parties' names before matter details, tells callers that the call does not create an attorney-client relationship and leaves advice to your attorneys.

An urgent arrest inquiry can go to your on-call attorney. A routine inquiry can become a Google Calendar consultation or a callback message. English and Spanish support lets callers switch languages during the conversation while following the same intake boundaries.

Call records support your review

Your team receives alerts by email and app push notification, with summaries, urgency tags and transcripts. Recordings are available when enabled, and firms can choose no recording. The dashboard brings call records, usage and settings together so you can examine the intake and change instructions in plain words.

We provide summaries your staff can enter in its own practice software. Your firm reviews those records, makes conflict decisions and supervises the receptionist. If the AI does not have an answer, the next step is a message or attorney review rather than an invented legal response.

Try a conversation before forwarding calls

Start with our fictional intake scenarios, which require no signup. Then request a free trial online; during onboarding, describe your firm, set routing and make a test call before forwarding goes live. We sell online through the demo and onboarding chat, with support available at [email protected].

Our principles

  • Disclose the roleWe identify the virtual assistant and give the recording notice at the start of each call.
  • Keep the firm in controlYou set intake questions, escalation contacts and retention choices, then review the resulting call records.
  • Use supplied factsWe use your firm's instructions and website information, with legal questions reserved for attorney review.
